If you apply that loss of productivity to your daily life it means that poor health and lifestyle is costing you 6 hours and 24 minutes each day. That’s 40% of your waking day!

Being stressed or anxious that reduces your productivity by 13% which equates to 2 hours and 8 minutes per day.

If you are obese your daily productivity drops by 14% which means you waste 2 hours and 24 minutes each day.

Think of claiming back some time by cutting your sleep short? Think again. A lack of sleep decreases your productivity the next day by 30% thereby costing you 4 hours and 48 minutes each day.
