Virtually everyone can benefit from fasting. Fasting is a brilliant way to use your body’s innate intelligence to help you better heal and self-regulate.
At the same time, I do NOT recommend fasting for children under the age of 16.

– Suggested to help control memory loss, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, menopause, andropause (low testosterone levels)
